One hour sessions

Our S.E.S.S. Training Program comes with one of the best trainers in the industry, Calvin "DaHippie" Trainer will coach you through a circuit style system that covers various disciplines of fitness such as calisthenics, plyometrics, functional fitness, cardiovascular toning, and weight/resistance training...a TRUE Hippie Fitness member will not only reach and exceed their initial goals but do so while getting in their optimal shape.
